Job Vacancy – Customer Service Administrator: Smurfit Westrock, Galway
Following an internal move within SW Connaught a vacancy has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator.
Operating in a busy environment, the CSA will report to the Commercial Manager and play a central role in the continuing development of our business.
Main Tasks/Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service support to our Customers and Customer Solution Managers ensuring customer relationships are developed and maintained.
- Liaise with Customer Solutions Managers/Commercial Manager in preparing new business enquiry forms.
- Stock Management of re-order levels for Kanban lines for relevant customers.
- Upload and monitor sales orders on our ERP system (BVP) in a precise and timely manner.
- Release Works Tickets to Production in line with Customer order requirements.
- Liaise with external Sales Team and internal teams from Production, Quality, Finance and Warehouse Departments.
- Any other reasonable duties requested by management.
Key Competencies/Qualifications/Requirements:
- IT: Proficient IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and capability to adapt to customised systems.
- Good communication skills essential with daily communication with Customers, Management, Colleagues and Suppliers.
- Ability to decipher dimensions from Customer Specification sheets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Have an ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
- Be available for flexible hours if required.
