Encirc Visit

Encirc, part of the Vidrala group, is a market leader in glass container design, manufacturing, bottling and logistics solutions for the UK, Irish and European food and beverages industries.
With over 2,000 employees, it operates from its three purpose-built sites: Derrylin, Co Fermanagh; Elton, Cheshire; Avonmouth, Bristol. The company produces more than 3 billion glass bottles and other containers annually and can fill up to 400 million liters of bulk shipped beverages every year. Born in 1998 with the first plant being based at Derrylin, Co. Fermanagh, Encirc has gone on to not only become the market leader in the UK, but also the most sustainable business of its kind in the world.

The visit provided a wonderful opportunity for our members to see first hand this world-class manufacturing facility on this island, supporting people, place and placing an emphasis on the development of a sustainable future.
